Welcome to the digital home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Foundation, Inc. We’re so happy you’ve taken a moment to learn more about this Foundation and how it supports the mission and activities of Holy Trinity Parish.

Since 1968, the Holy Trinity Episcopal Foundation, Inc. has been receiving financial gifts and putting them to the Lord’s purposes through the activities of Holy Trinity Church. The purpose of this Foundation is to secure the long-term financial health of the Parish.

We hope this presence on the internet will help answer your questions about why the Foundation exists, from whence it came and how YOU can be a part of its future.

In its role as steward of the Foundation’s financial resources, the Foundation’s Board of Trustees works with investment professionals to be sure the assets are invested wisely and with bookkeepers and auditors of the highest repute at James Moore & Co., P.L. to be sure a scrupulous accounting of the Foundation’s activities is kept. Financial audit records as well as IRS tax returns (Form 990) are available for you to view on this site.

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees which sets policies and direction which are carried out by the Executive Director. This Board is intimately connected with the Parish – all Board members are long-time Parish members, and in fact, the Senior Warden and Rector are ex-officio Board members with full voting rights. The Foundation’s current Trustees are Jim Salter (Trustee and Board President), The Rev. Louanne Loch (Trustee and Rector of Holy Trinity Parish), Robert O. "Bob" Stripling (Senior Warden of Holy Trinity Parish), Sandra Fackler (Trustee), Virginia Maurer (Trustee), Betty Alsobrook (Trustee), David Colburn (Trustee) and Ann Pierson (Trustee). Harvey Ward serves as the foundation’s Executive Director. The trustees also adopt and maintain a variety of policy and procedure statements, including gift acceptance and investment policies you can read on this site.

If you have any questions about the Foundation (including how you can help it grow!) please do not hesitate to contact any of the Foundation’s trustees or Harvey Ward at (352) 505-5444 or via email at hlward@htefgnv.org. The Foundation maintains an office in room 209 of the church.

If you’ve already made the decision to include the Foundation in your will, thank you! We would love to hear from you, but if you choose to keep that information to yourself, we certainly understand. We have provided sample language on this site to help make the process easier for you and your legal advisors.
